I am sending you this e-mail because you either attended a prior public meeting on the Upper Paint Branch Trails project (June 2017 and November 2017) or have corresponded with me directly via e-mail.
I am writing to inform you that we are presenting staff recommendations to the Planning Board on Thursday, July 26th. Exact time TBD. The recommendations will very closely mirror the presentation I gave at the November 2017 meeting, which is attached. The staff report for July 26th will be posted on the Board’s website by no later than July 19. During the worksession, I will be presenting the staff recommendations which are very similar to the attached PPT. We will be seeking guidance and feedback from the Board on our recommendations before moving forward with implementation (new natural surface trail construction).
The July 26th worksession will be the final opportunity for public comment on the recommendations. You are welcome to submit comments directly to the Planning Board Chair, MCP-Chair@mncppc-mc.org. You are also welcome to attend the worksession during which the Board Chair may permit public comments/testimony.
